About Lane4
Lane4 was co-founded in 1995 by Olympic Gold Medallist swimmer Adrian Moorhouse MBE and leading sport psychologist Professor Graham Jones. Since then it has developed into an international organisation with offices in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific and a network of associates based across the world.
Our client delivery is carried out by consultants with a passion for performance. They include performance psychologists, former Olympic champions, organisational development experts and high performance coaches.
The company derives its name from the lane in which Adrian Moorhouse, now Managing Director, won Gold at the Seoul Olympic Games in 1988. The fourth lane is the one allocated to the fastest recorded time in the heats and therefore most likely to produce champions.
We work with business leaders to design tailored programmes based on their specific organisational objectives. Our solutions involve a wide range of services from conducting research, to designing employee surveys, delivering bespoke workshops and offering 1:1 coaching sessions.
As well as excellence in our client work, Lane4 is proud to have been named in the Sunday Times ‘Best Small Companies to Work For' list in 2007, 2008 and 2009 - placing 2nd, 12th and 10th respectively. In 2008, we were also placed 1st in the Managing Partners’ Forum ‘Best Professional Services Firms to Work For’ list.
