Adrian's session outlined how to remain focused, motivated and confident under pressure in order to deliver sustained business performance. In today’s pressured business world, more and more attention is being focused on people’s ability to perform to high levels when faced with stretching goals, tight deadlines and challenging demands. Drawing on his extensive experience in sport and business, Adrian explored the concept of mental toughness - originating from the world of sport.
