Argos and Lane4 shortlisted for Oracle Retail Week Award

Argos, in partnership with Lane4, were shortlisted for an Oracle Retail Week Award in the Customer Service Initiative of the Year category. Argos was nominated for their innovative Store Manager Development Programme entitled 'Raising the Bar'.
'Raising the Bar' was designed and facilitated in partnership with Lane4 and has been delivered through 144 workshops to 750 Store Managers and, through them, has impacted 23,000 Argos colleagues.
The Customer Service Initiative of the Year category highlights an initiative launched by a retailer that delivers new standards in customer service, and looks for examples of excellence that have been introduced during the last 12 months.
