What We Do
Our Diagnostic Team uses a number of tools to identify organisational, team and individual strengths and areas for improvement. We also offer services for evaluation of performance development initiatives and have an excellent track record for delivering large-scale projects.
How We Do It
The Diagnostics Team operates throughout the complete consulting cycle to inform performance development interventions. Our services include diagnostic design, administration, reporting and interpretation. These findings typically feed in to action planning and Lane4 programmes like development workshops and coaching.
