Eleanor has supported clients across a variety of different projects enabling clients to identify strengths and areas for development at individual, team and organisational level. She advises on and runs High Performing Team and High Performance Environment Diagnostics. In addition she creates bespoke 360 degree feedback questionnaires and surveys for use in Impact Analysis. Eleanor advises clients about best practice implementation of 360 degree feedback projects and the refinement of their existing processes including the engagement of key stakeholders. She has also designed customised 360 reports for bespoke leadership competency frameworks.

Services

Eleanor has also been responsible for a number of evaluation projects which look to assess the impact of Lane4 Consulting programmes on clients. She designs, collects and analyses both qualitative and quantitative data in order to make recommendations to support the application of learning from development programmes. These recommendations are also used to inform programme design.

Approach

Eleanor's experiences in competitive sport enable her to apply her performance psychology knowledge to the ability to maintain performance when under pressure. One of her main interests is the application of these principles to high performance in businesswhich she uses to research new tools. She is passionate about helping individuals identify their strengths and areas for development in order to enhance performance

Background

Eleanor graduated from University College Dublin with a First Class Degree in Psychology in 2007. She then went on to complete an MSc in Performance Psychology at the University of Edinburgh, tutoring first year Psychology students whilst studying.

Eleanor joined Lane4 in 2009 as a member of the Commercial Team before pursuing her interest in diagnostics and people development in the Diagnostics Team. She is working towards Chartership in Occupational Psychology and obtaining Level A and Level B Certificates in Occupational Testing.

Eleanor swam competitively at national level for 12 years and is also qualified as an assistant swim instructor. She is passionate about travel and learning new languages.
