Professor Graham Jones at Princeton Chamber's Business Before Business breakfast
11 August 2010
Professor Graham Jones discussed 'How accomplished business leaders equip their employees for success' at the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce on 15 September.
Graham's presentation focussed on the role of the leader in creating conditions where their people can thrive. He distinguished between 'safe' and 'real'' leaders and the impact they have on their people. He also described how real leaders deal with the pressure of being highly visible.
Held at the Nassau Club in Princeton, the Business Before Business breakfast meetings were set up to provide some early morning networking and an opportunity to learn ways to address the day-to-day challenges that businesses face.
