From Fragile to Agile: Developing a Framework of Organisational Resilience (The Lane4 Journal of Excellence: Perspectives on Change)

Organisational resilience is a hot topic for business in light of the current economic climate. However, there is a lack of clarity on how this is defined, what it looks like and how it can be developed.

It is suggested that organisational resilience is a multi-faceted concept comprising four types of resilience: collective, strategic, operational and performance. A focus across all four is essential for long-term, sustainable performance.
