Hannah is an Occupational Psychologist, currently on route to gaining her chartership, and a Diagnostics Consultant at Lane4. She is a Lane4 accredited coach, and holds Level A and B certification in a number of psychometric tools including NEO PI-R, Hogan and Dimensions. Hannah is passionate about the use of psychology within business, which has driven her career development. .
Hannah joined Lane4 in 2007 and has worked with a diverse range of clients on a variety of Diagnostics related projects. Hannah strongly believes in developing close working partnerships with her clients and developing quality diagnostic products and programmes to support the development of individuals, teams and organisations. She also acts as an observer-coach within Developement Centres providing high challenge and support coaching..
Outside of work Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and eating good food. She enjoys holidays, from English countryside camping to exploring internationally always with a camera in hand. When relaxing, Hannah is often found with a good book, reading poetry and dabbling in own artwork. .
