Helene Cadman

Before joining Lane4 in 2008, Helene worked for the Home Office and Foreign & Commonwealth Office in Quality Assurance, Project Management and Change Management roles. She is responsible for managing and overseeing a team completing 360 Degree Questionnaires, High Performance Environment Scans, High Performing Team surveys, Evaluation Projects and the delivery of other performance tools, processes and frameworks e.g talent assessment and development centres. Helene completed a post-graduate diploma in Psychology with the Open University and an Msc in Occupational & Organisational Psychology (Distinction) with the University of East London. Helene holds both Level A and Level B Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing. She is qualified to use the 16PF, NEO PI-R, Hogan Suite of Psychometric Questionnaires and TalentQ Dimensions. Helene is currently working towards Chartership in Occupational Psychology and is an accredited Lane4 Performance Coach.
