Leadership Development
Alongside Jamie's coaching expertise he is fascinated by the development of leadership skills at a personal and organisational level. He facilitates workshops that are aligned to organisational objectives. This has helped facilitate leadership development in an organisation going through a merger by helping leaders to identify how to role model and communicate a new vision and direction for their teams. This has in turn dramatically increased the speed that the organisation has adjusted to a new and fundamentally different focus and helped sustained performance in a challenging time. In another programme, leadership development has facilitated a radical improvement in organisational retention levels of employees in a high pressure performance environment over an eighteen month period.
Team Development
Jamie works with organisations and teams to build awareness and facilitate learning that allows them to reach and surpass performance aspirations. He principally uses great questions and dialogue coupled with a background knowledge drawn from sport psychology, business and elite performance to make change happen.
