Katie's expertise lies in Lane4's blended learning approach. She develops compelling workshop and online collateral to support transformational performance development programmes across a range of sectors. From video content and webcast production to quality toolkit design, Katie ensures that blended learning content enhances traditional workshop learning.
Change Communication
Katie works with clients to help devise effective change communication plans and collateral. Her understanding of employee engagement and behaviour change, combined with formal and informal communications expertise helps Katie develop compelling change communication materials.
Brand Sponsorship
Katie helps to bring sponsorship alive for clients and their employees. By maximising on sponsorship opportunities, she works with clients to increase employee engagement and generate pride. Using sport as a metaphor for business performance, Katie has developed Olympic stories, managed employee events and created learning and development content that reflect client organisations' vision and values.

Background
Katie has a 1st Class degree in Sport and Exercise Science, specialising in Psychology from the University of Bath. In 2001, during her industrial placement year, Katie joined the Lane4 research and development team. Since then, Katie has undertaken various roles in different parts of the business from Diagnostics Co-ordinator, and Commercial Consultant to her newest role as Communications Consultant. .
Katie represented Great Britain for nine years, competing internationally in the sport of synchronised swimming and becoming two-times British Champion. She has competed in numerous competitions from the European and World Championships to two Commonwealth Games, where in Manchester she won silver in the duet discipline. Katie has also completed the Lane4 Coaching Accreditation Programme, the skills of which she has put to use coaching the Junior GB Synchronised Swimming team. She also carries on her love for the sport through commentating and 1:1 performance coaching with young athletes. .
Outside of work Katie enjoys spending time with her partner and two young children Rohan and Amelia. Katie also has a passion for travel, having taken nine months out after finishing university to volunteer in Nepal. Katie enjoys keeping fit through yoga and dance. .
