At the heart of any integration plan must be a vision of the performance culture of the new organisation and an understanding of the current performance culture of the merging organisations. Many methods can be used to map performance culture. There are specially developed High Performance Environment Scans that can be used as a framework to understanding the factors that influence sustained individual, team and organisational performance.
