Kelly Walsh
Research Manager
Kelly has been at Lane4 since 2000. She is responsible for managing a team of researchers dedicated to the development of thought leadership and scientific rigour within Lane4. She has an MSc in Psychological Research Methods (Distinction) and extensive experience in diagnostic development and evaluation of people development. She is currently interested in organisational resilience, measurement of mental toughness and the qualities that make an expert coach. Kelly is also sub-editor of the Lane4 Journal.
