Lane4 Coaching for Performance Excellence Programme alumni event

The past and present of Lane4's Coaching for Performance Excellence Programme came together to share learnings and network at our annual alumni event on 10 May 2011
Hosted by Lane4's Dominic Mahony, certificates were given out to the most recent accredited cohorts by John Duncan, Group HR Director of Royal Mail Group.
Dr Wil James then gave a short insight into his coaching work with GB Hockey which challenged the alumni to explore their own ability, and that of their coachees, to perform under pressure. He went on to give a demonstration of HeartMath, a technique to enable individuals to gain greater coherence through better management of their emotional state. Alumni were able to experiment with the HeartMath equipment throughout the evening.
