The results are in! Lane4's latest survey shows that leaders are getting in the way of employees' motivation and that 90% of people think that their motivation is affected by their environment.
Our study was conducted during April and May 2010 in the wake of a global financial crisis that rocked many long-standing institutes and saw the demise of others. The survey was conducted online and yielded 635 responses.
