As Client Services Manager in Lane4 Training Lisa provides the highest quality service to clients and is responsible for managing large-scale, complex client Training programmes. Working closely with Account Directors and Trainers, the CSM ensures that the management of programmes is delivered in accordance with client contracts and expectations. Lisa joined Lane4 in 2000 with a background in training administration. In her spare time she enjoys walking and yoga.
