Drawing upon her past experience with Adecco, running a major sponsorship programme for the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games, Louise helps bring sponsorship alive for clients and their employees. She designs programmes to engage employees through a number of methods, from events through to blended learning.

Background
Louise gained a degree in Psychology from the University of Westminster. She has over 10 years of experience in communications starting as a PR executive for Adecco and rising to Head of PR & Communications. Following this Louise transitioned to agency work, working for Octopus Group where she acted as account lead for a number of campaigns across a variety of sectors. .
Louise has extensive experience in the HR and Resourcing sector, drawing upon her time as Head of Corporate Communications at Adecco. Her approach centres on her previous experience in PR and Marketing Communications which she applies to internal communications and employer branding initiatives. .
In her free time Louise has a passion for travelling, previously taking a career break to travel across South East Asia and Australia. Louise also enjoys keeping fit through running and yoga and likes to relax by baking. .
