Work at Lane4

Magda supports clients across a variety of different diagnostics projects. She aids in the administration of 360 Degree Feedback, High Performing Teams and High Performance Environment Scans, advising on best practice administration processes. She further advises clients about best practice implementation of 360 Degree Feedback projects and the refinement of their existing processes including the engagement of key stakeholders.
Services
Magda is responsible for administration, collation, analysis and reporting of both qualitative and quantitative data. She makes recommendations for numerous evaluation projects to explore the impact of Lane4 development interventions.
Approach
Magda enjoys supporting people in their personal development. She is involved in planning, organising, monitoring and follow through of small and large-scale diagnostic projects commissioned to identify organisational, team and individual development needs.

Background
Magda received MSc (Hons) in Tourism from the University of Life Sciences in Poznan (Poland) in 2004 before moving to the UK where she took a foundation degree course in Business and Professional Administration at Kingston University.
Magda joined Lane4 in 2008 as a Diagnostics Co-ordinator. Before Lane4 she worked in a training organisation, having had experience in planning and organising training courses for blue chip companies. Magda has similarly planned and completed charitable events whilst on the management committee of a local community group in Woking supporting minority groups in the area.
Magda enjoys traveling abroad and is passionate about cultural diversity and foreign languages. Outside of work she enjoys country walks, spending time with friends, mastering her photography skills and cooking.
