Neil Offley draws on two decades experience at Board and senior level to deliver Lane4 programmes for a variety of clients. He has held senior roles in the NHS and Department of Health including Director Level at the NHS Leadership Centre, Main Board Director of Human Resources and Chair and Vice Chair & Non Executive Director positions within the NHS and private companies. Neil continually seeks to discover and implement best practice from across sectors and has worked with leading consultancies, academics and professionals across Europe and the US.
