Delivering Performance Through your People
(The BRC in conjunction with Lane4)

Time is precious and through developing your people, managers can enable and empower employees to find the answers to day to day challenges so that they are not relied upon to provide all the answers.

This two day course will focus on managers and supervisors driving the performance of their team through understanding the overall performance culture, goal setting and handling challenging conversations. It will enable you to understand the role of learning in high performance, including your team’s preferences and the importance of asking the right questions.
