Regaining trust: The role of HR

Lane4 Managing Director, Adrian Moorhouse, explored the demise of trust and the role of HR when it comes to rebuilding it at our latest breakfast session.

HR has been at the heart of restructures and mass layoffs over the last eighteen months. Unprecedented changes in the organisational landscape have left survivors disengaged and lacking trust in their organisation, their leaders and notably the HR function.

Research shows that trust is fundamental to engagement and consequently sustained high performance but, what can HR leaders and their teams do to rebuild trust across an organisation?
