Our Products

• Leadership Development
  We work with senior leaders to develop their ability to lead complex organisational change. Our work can range from supporting the people side of a merger to delivering culture change programmes and developing individual and organisational resilience.

• Team Development
  Our Consultants work at senior executive level to develop high performing teams. This includes Board facilitation, team coaching and exploring feedback from diagnostic measurement.

• Performance Coaching
  Our Consultants specialise in developing and embedding coaching cultures. Our work includes senior executive 1:1 coaching, coaching accreditation programmes and coaching supervision.
  

Our Approach

Our approach involves consultancy at a strategic level and 1:1 coaching. Interventions cover both emergent agendas and specific areas for development, facilitated by our experienced Consultants.

Our Consultants include former Olympic champions, performance psychologists, organisational development experts and high performance coaches. They aim to create an experiential environment, compelling leaders to act by raising awareness of, and generating responsibility for, the changes needed to deliver sustainable performance.

• Discovery
  We use data from existing employee surveys and other sources, alongside our own diagnostic tools, focus groups and interviews with key stakeholders to co-create an approach with our clients.
  
• Delivery
  A dedicated Account Director and Client Services Manager will ensure high quality delivery and regular client review meetings throughout the partnership. Programme content is underpinned by our research, developed in collaboration with leading academic institutions.
  
• Consolidation
  Consolidation of learning through regular feedback, Action Learning Groups with delegates and 1:1 coaching sessions ensure that behavioural change is sustainable.
• Evaluation
  Our programmes are assessed and tracked regularly by Lane4 Diagnostics to ensure they succeed against original objectives.
