Lane4 Coaching Performance Excellence Programmes
We have developed an accredited coach training course that achieves 30 academic credits towards a Masters degree at Middlesex University and meets the EMCC quality requirements at level 5 - Coaching Practitioner. 

We are also experienced at running coaching accreditation programmes with clients to develop their own internal coaches. We have worked with organisations such as Sainsburys, The Royal Mail Group, Currys and easyJet.

1:1 Coaching
As well as delivering coaching workshops and programmes aligned with organisational development strategies, Lane4 also offers 1:1 coaching. Our consultants are accredited coaches, undergoing regular supervision and action learning sets to ensure continued development and ethical, evidence-based practice.

They work across industry sectors, usually as part of a wider development initiative with middle management to senior executives and high potentials, from Directors and Managing Directors to Senior Partners and CEOs.

Results include coaching people to promotions, lead organisational restructures, thrive in pressurised environments, step up from a transactional management style to a more transformational leadership style, coach upwards to deal with challenging leaders, resolve team conflict and improve the effectiveness of appraisals.
