- 360 Degree Questionnaires
Lane4's 360 degree feedback involves an online questionnaire about an employee's performance completed by themselves and colleagues they interact with regularly. Usually this involves managers, peers and direct reports. - High Performing Team (HPT) Survey
Lane4's measure of High Performing Teams assesses five key factors which distinguish between functioning teams and high performing teams. The process involves all team members completing the online questionnaire about the team and receiving a feedback report containing their responses. - High Performance Environment (HPE) Scan
