Our work focuses on current tactical performance of team leaders and supervisors to enhance customer experience and implement change at local level.

    Whether it's helping managers to bring change alive for front-line employees or giving them the skills to support their team's transition from the 'old' to the 'new', we support managers to implement change at local level.

    We work with managers to develop skills that differentiate leadership from management, ensuring they can deliver an organisation's vision to external customers.
  • Coaching Skills
    Our coaching workshops focus on upskilling managers to coach and develop their teams.
  • Mental Toughness
    We work with managers to develop and practise skills that enable greater mental toughness.

Our Approach

Our approach involves large-scale training workshops with a primary focus on skill development. They are facilitated by experienced Trainers with a grounding in performance psychology and capability to deliver learner-led training for large management populations.

  • Discovery
    Discovery to identify the client's development needs informs our programme design. This is managed in partnership between Lane4 Consulting and Lane4 Training.
  • Large-Scale Delivery
    Programmes are delivered with client HR Business Partners and Area Managers. We partner with Lane4 Communications to deliver learning to large populations using a multi-media approach. Coaching groups are also set-up to accelerate learning and change.
  • Evaluation
    Programmes are reviewed regularly by Lane4 Diagnostics to ensure the outcomes meet original objectives and client needs.
