Sign-up for our Coaching Accreditation Programme in 2009

Lane4's next Coaching Performance Excellence Programme will begin in March.

Our programme is run twice a year and designed to help people implement and promote effective coaching within their organisation.

It is accredited by Middlesex University and has also been awarded the EQA (or European Quality Award) conferred by the EMCC.

"Lane4's Programme is a reflection of our commitment to the coaching profession's quest to promote best practice", explains Course Director Jeremy Cross.

" It's an opportunity for individuals to understand the philosophy behind performance coaching and develop tools and techniques used by leaders in the field."

On completing the programme, participants receive a certificate of credit from Middlesex University worth 30 postgraduate points. Lane4 is also a member of EMCC and subscribe to the EMCC Code of Ethics (see www.emccouncil.org)

A typical Open Programme includes five workshop days with 1:1 coaching supervision and Action Learning Groups in between. Over a 9-12 month period, candidates submit a portfolio of learning evidence which includes three coaching case studies, documentation of their personal learning journey and evidence that course criteria has been met.
