Lane4 runs a series of open accreditation programmes each year designed to help people implement and promote effective coaching within their organisation.

Our Coaching Performance Excellence Programme is accredited by Middlesex University and has also been awarded the EQA (or European Quality Award) conferred by the EMCC. On completing the programme, participants receive a certificate of credit from Middlesex University worth 40 postgraduate points. Lane4 is also a member of the EMCC and subscribes to the EMCC Code of Ethics - see www.emccouncil.org Content A typical Open Programme includes five workshop days with 1:1 coaching supervision and Action Learning Groups. Participants will be supported to unleash their potential as a performance coach, experience coaching themselves to assist with their own coaching skills and develop core and new coaching skills, strategies and approaches. They will also explore emotional intelligence in coaching, the ethical implications of coaching and the evaluation and ROI of coaching.
