Discovery

A key ingredient of our global programmes is gathering a thorough understanding of both our clients' needs and local context. In-depth research and analysis provide a clear picture of the current state and the desired state of an organisation.

Analysis of data gathered will then be used to inform the design phase. Wherever possible, our team will use data from existing employee surveys and sources, both quantitative and qualitative.  We can also supplement this with our own diagnostic tools (360-degree analysis, High Performance Environment Scans, focus groups and interviews with key stakeholders). 

Delivery

  • We assemble a team of consultants able to build strong relationships at appropriate levels of the organisation
  • We tailor Account Direction (locally or centrally) according to client needs
  • We dedicate an overall Account Director to nurture the client relationship and be the senior point of contact
  • The Account Director will facilitate regular client review meetings to ensure the quality of the relationship
  • We provide strong Regional Project Managers with proactive and efficient administrative teams to ensure effective communication with clients
  • Our flexible approach means that we can design an account team in line with client requirements

Ensuring international consistency: Our dedicated consultant development team ensures both consistency and quality across different regions and languages. We ensure that our pool of associate consultants is at the cutting edge of our research and diagnostic offerings. Regional conferences and training events are run regularly to maintain the quality of delivery that is inherent to Lane4's approach.

Consolidation

Consolidation of learning through regular feedback from an Account Director, Action Learning Groups with delegates and 1:1 coaching sessions ensure that behavioural change is sustainable and truly embedded within an organisation.

Evaluation

Lane4 programmes are assessed and tracked to ensure they succeed against the client's original objectives. Diagnostics can be implemented to measure Return on Investment and behavioural change.
