Lane4 Managing Director, Adrian Moorhouse explored how leaders can keep employees engaged following significant economic upheaval at the fourth Henley APECS Annual Coaching Conference.
Talking from both a personal viewpoint, Adrian drew on his own experience transitioning to a 'new normal' from the world of sport to business, and from an organisational viewpoint.
Covering the demise of trust during the last eighteen months, he discussed how leaders can rebuild and develop a culture of trust with employees, drawing on the importance of coaching when it comes to engaging talent through challenging conditions.
