The eight elements of our service are:

  • Curriculum consultancy - we work with you to understand your future skills requirements, before constructing a curriculum that will take learners on a structured and blended learning journey that facilitates the development of these skills.
  • Content consultancy -  we offer off-the-shelf content and also work with you to provide bespoke content that considers your unique context and needs. Additionally, we can curate your existing content and integrate it into the learning journey. 
  • Course delivery - with a global network of vendors and associates, we work to source the subject matter experts for the course, ensuring the facilitator will fit into your culture and expectations.
  • Train the trainer - we have helped many organisations to scale delivery of existing programmes by increasing the pool of certified facilitators through developing ‘train the trainer’ accreditation.
  • Blended Learning - we offer both off-the-shelf and bespoke e-learning modules and video content, digital toolkits, and apps that allow delegates to undertake learning at a time and place that suits them.
  • Administration and logistics services - we consult with you to find the best solution for managing your learning population and providing a high level of service. We can also support you with course logistics including scheduling, room booking, materials, catering, monitoring enrolments, reporting, and post-programme evaluations.
  • Vendor management and coordination - this can vary in degree from scheduling dates with the vendors to contracting directly with each vendor, such as engaging in pricing negotiation, providing and summarising all course evaluations, ensuring the quality of delivery and content, and implementing quality improvement where needed.
  • Communications - we help with the marketing and promotion of development opportunities, including targeted marketing, joining instructions and pre-work communication.
