Together with Henley Business School, we have supported research investigating the issues and challenges for employees as they move through the leadership pipeline in organisations. This work forms part of our in-house research examining what makes leaders most effective at different levels of the pipeline, and how they can be best supported in their careers.
Since 2010 we have been working with Loughborough University under a research agreement with the shared goal of delivering the very highest standards of excellence in all aspects of performance psychology. We work closely with the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Science to transfer key concepts such as organisational stress and personal resilience from the world of sport into the business domain.
Currently we are partnering with Cranfield University and other organisations in a research collaboration proposing best practice training delivery in a government sponsored project. This research draws on our expertise in learning methods, learning styles and individualised training to draw out novel practices and approaches to training delivery and the underpinning learning theories driving these approach.
If you or your organisation is interested in collaborating with us then please contact our Head of Research & Product Dr. Alison Maitland at firstname.lastname@example.org
