Staying connected is key to our success.
In 2015 we transformed our office, creating a highly collaborative and open workspace. We don’t believe in a visible hierarchy and you won’t find any separate offices for our Directors or Managers (or even an assigned desk!).
Staying connected to our vision, taking time to review performance and sharing knowledge is vital in our fast-paced environment. We have an annual calendar of employee events which include:
Magic Mondays: A monthly employee event which includes an update on company performance, a product learning session and a free lunch.
Company Days: A quarterly company off-site which focuses on reviewing company performance and quarterly goals, and other shared learning activities.
We also like to recognise and celebrate our people’s achievements with two recognition schemes; a WOW award, focusing on customer delivery, and a GEM award, focusing on ‘going the extra mile’. Colleagues are nominated and winners announced every month at Magic Monday.
