Person Specification:

The role holder will be required to act in a core support capacity for the Consulting Team whilst building his or her knowledge and experience of client delivery across the Lane4 product areas. The role holder may have a particular specialism such as a training, psychology or internal communications background however they will be expected to work across the full range of Lane4 product offerings – supporting the wider consultancy team based on client needs and can demonstrate the skills and experience in the areas listed below:

  • Data Analysis and Report Writing
  • Commercial Support
  • Project Management
  • Project Administration and Delivery
  • Communications consulting and channel design
  • Facilitation and Delivery

 

In this role, you will:

Be involved in a variety of tasks including:

  • Preparation and production of delivery documents and output summaries
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Development of content and review of learning journals and other communications tactics
  • Report writing
  • Facilitation of focus groups
  • Development and co-delivery of Lane4 accreditation sessions
  • Support for the development of Lane4 tools and delivery approaches

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven IT skills including MS Office
  • Experience of using both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis methods
  • Alignment to Lane4 values.
  • Degree in Psychology (or equivalent)

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Masters degree in occupational or performance psychology
  • Experience of working in a commercial/professional service environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Occupational Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality (BPS Level A/B)
  • Proven skills for use of SPSS
