We are looking for an attention to detail focused Junior Diagnostic Consultant, who can develop and deliver our diagnostic tools whilst meeting the highest standards for our clients.

In this role, you will…

  • Develop Lane4 product offerings by:
    • Ensuring our products build upon rigorous theory and the latest research
    • Translate theory into practice by building robust questionnaires and impactful reports
    • Support the continuous improvement of our Diagnostics through utilisation of data
  • Collaborate with teams right across the business – you will get to contribute to sales, marketing, and consulting to ensure our products are as successful as possible
  • Operationalise the day-to-day administration for our Diagnostics
  • Be a subject matter expert for Lane4 Diagnostics

To be successful in this role, you will have…

  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Psychology
  • Have completed or be working towards an MSc in Organisational/Occupational Psychology
  • Be a competent user of Microsoft Office and have an awareness of other analytical software
  • Competence using SPSS and Test User Ability is highly desirable
  • Strong numerical capabilities
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good quality verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to present technical data/ ideas/concepts to non-technical individuals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong research skills for both quantitative and qualitative approaches
  • Good relationship building skills as well as the ability to work well in a team
  • Strong learning mindset
  • High degrees of resilience
  • An alignment to Lane4 values
