Adapting to an era of globalisation, many organisations have become reliant on global teams to manage complex markets and co-ordinate effectively on a global scale. With 48% of these global teams now being made up of multiple nations, these teams are becoming increasingly multicultural. However, a recent survey found that almost one in four global teams don’t maximise the benefits of cultural diversity.
