A new context for businesses and leaders is emerging and 79% of C-suite leaders agree that senior leaders in their organisations will need to adopt a different set of mindsets for their business to succeed in the future.
To ﬁnd out more about the shift in thinking that will be required, we carried out a research study with 17 award-winning leaders from a variety of industries and seven different countries. These leaders have been recognised as future-thinkers, innovators and disruptors.
Our findings suggest that success comes from being able to hold seemingly paradoxical mindsets. By balancing sets of conflicting beliefs, attitudes and values, leaders will be able to navigate an uncertain future with nuance and confidence.
