Where has your passion for performance come from?
I started my career working with teams on the retail front line and saw first-hand how the environment and leadership could affect how people performed. Since becoming a psychologist and consultant, I have found it fascinating to take a scientific approach to what gets the best from people. Working across a huge range of companies and industries, I see that the same factors in leadership make the difference wherever you are.
