Where has your passion for performance come from?

Growing up in an entrepreneurial household, with a global business leader as a father, I have always been incredibly passionate about business. There is nothing more satisfying than helping an individual, a team or a whole company grow and consistently improve their offering and working practices. Knowing that there is always room to grow and improve is a great motivator.

What gives organisations the winning edge?

I think integrity and authenticity are the key to business success. It is when businesses take their eye off the quality of their outputs and their customers’ experience that things tend to go wrong. The customer will always pick up on any gaps between what you say and what you do, so keeping your whole team engaged with client goals is vital.
