Where has your passion for performance come from?
With a background in communications spanning several disciplines – from internal communications, corporate communications and customer communications – and a fascination with people and psychology; communication is an enabler of human engagement to drive performance within companies. It’s a fundamental basic, and yet can be hard for businesses to get right. When done well, communication engages and motivates people, aligning teams and departments to deliver the overall plan.

When everything we do and say is aligned to the vision and values, with clarity on goals and purpose. When your leaders are courageous and demonstrably walk the walk, creating psychological safety and giving permission for employees to be creative (which also means permission to fail) in achieving their goals.
