Where has your passion for performance come from?

I played badminton at club level from the age of 9 and eventually our team of 6 reached the Danish national championships and won Gold in the under 15 group. When I was younger, winning was everything. As I have grown older, I have a slightly different perspective on things in that I aim to be the best I can be at whatever I do.

What gives organisations the winning edge?

The ability to change and adapt to ever-changing needs and more importantly, leading that change effectively within the business by engaging employees. The right communication at the right time is key.
