Where has your passion for performance come from?
Ever since an early age I’ve been drawn to the rush of competitive environments. After being involved in a whole range of different sports, I began to focus my attention on equestrian disciplines. I am fascinated with the impact of the mind on performance, and I’ve spent much of my academic career learning about the psychological aspect before specialising my interest in mental performance during competition.
What gives organisations the winning edge?
Organisations who truly believe in the potential of their people. The willingness to develop and invest in them, to give them the best possible opportunity to thrive. The culture of a winning organisation encourages its people to bring their unique selves to work. People who truly know themselves and others around them, work better together and form more engaged, high performing teams. This is a crucial factor for success in forward thinking and flexible organisations.
